How invoice extraction works

    Add PDF invoices from billing software, scanned invoices, or photos. In GST mode, a PDF with several invoices is split into one bill per invoice.

Can I convert a PDF invoice to Excel?

Yes. PDF invoices from billing software give the best results. In GST mode, a multi-page PDF with several invoices is split into one bill per invoice.

Which invoice fields are extracted?

Invoice number and date, supplier and buyer names and GSTINs, place of supply, every line item with HSN, quantity, rate and taxable value, CGST, SGST, IGST, cess and totals.

Can I build a GST purchase register from invoices?

Yes. Choose GST mode and the Purchase register. See the GST guide for the full steps — and always check the register before filing.

Does it catch duplicate invoices?

Yes, within a job. If the same file or the same invoice is uploaded twice, BillSheet asks which copy to keep, and a skipped copy's scan cost is returned.
