Built around how accountants use Tally
Your ledgers, not ours
Suppliers, purchase accounts and tax ledgers are matched to the names already in your client's Tally company.
Remembers your choices
Matches are saved per client, so the next month's bills need almost no clicks.
New parties created
Suppliers or stock items that don't exist yet are created as masters, with their GSTIN and state.
GST details carried
Supplier invoice number and date, GSTIN, place of supply, CGST/SGST or IGST, reverse charge and blocked ITC are handled.
Excel too
The same scan gives you the GST purchase register, GSTR-1 tables and GSTR-3B working sheet in Excel.
One payment
You pay for the scan only. Downloading Excel and Tally files is always free.

Questions
Can BillSheet import purchase bills into TallyPrime?
Yes, in beta. It produces TallyPrime import files (masters and vouchers in XML). You import them in TallyPrime with Alt+O → Import. Test on a test company first and check the vouchers and GST reports before using real books.
Do I need to convert bills to Excel first?
No. BillSheet reads the bill images or PDFs directly and builds the Tally vouchers. You can also download the Excel register from the same scan.
Which TallyPrime versions are supported?
TallyPrime 3.0 and later, with an option for earlier releases. The import has been checked with a test company on TallyPrime 7.2.
Is the Tally export finished?
It is in beta: vouchers and amounts import correctly in our tests, and we are still refining how GST details appear in Tally's GST reports. Always review imported vouchers before relying on them.
